build a

start a

npx next -p [portnumber]
E.X: npx next -p 1998

If the project throws Es-lint issue while starting a project

Add the code in next.config.js file

module.exports = {
  extends: [
    'plugin:@next/next/recommended',
  ],
}

Repeat Step-4

(OR)

if it throws an issue already running in port 0:0:0:3000 port

lsof -ti:3000 | xargs kill -9

Repeat Step-4
