If somebody want to push a PR from "GINO-"repo to "SPACE" repo, this will not work because gitbot is assuming that the branch already exist, and you create an upstream branch to SPACE, so gitbot can retrieve the branch and switch on it

It's sometimes handy to re-trigger Jenkins jobs manually, and a convenient way is a magic comment like Salt developers do:

if multiples jobs run same gitbot, we can have some race condition with the github project cloned

Add optional variable -w --wait 60 , this variable will wait 60 seconds.

We need this variable because can spare jenkins jobs. Since the gitbot can run sometimes in conditions where it doesn't find any reviewable PRs.

In this case waiting for like 5 Min if there is no PR reviewable, will spare jenkins jobs( this is needed because your jenkins server could save only XXX number of jobs) and we could link to a not anymore saved jobs on the githbut PR

The organisation parameter will run the test only if the user is a part of group on github.

the sleep is still applicable for success tests
