Identify format for storing answers - so users can potentially load and refine existing answers.
Needs to support:

• null responses (if question not asked due to wizard flow)
• value responses (for single answer - yes/no, enum, date, name, etc)
• list responses (for list of answers - list of names, list of software, etc)

Identify a format for wizard questionnaire. Choices could be:

• XML with Text

  Usable on different UIs

• XML with HTML

  Can be exceedingly "pretty"
  Requires HTML control
  Could support input validation
  May be messy for paths if images are supported

This project requires having an initial template document providing the basic structure and style of the output document. As such a tool is required that can:

• Open the template
• Manipulate the document (add/replace/etc)
• Save as the populated document
