Hi,

It seems that the "here" links for the OSSRH signup and the PGP links are not found and pointing to either files that were not committed or were meant to point to the webpages on the Sonatype website. I wasn't sure which one it was so I didn't create a PR.

However if you intended to point to the Sonatype website here are the correct webpages I believe:

• OSSRH signup: http://central.sonatype.org/pages/ossrh-guide.html#create-a-ticket-with-sonatype
• PGP key: http://central.sonatype.org/pages/working-with-pgp-signatures.html
