no logo margins on smaller screens

Was going to edit the copy for the participation page and wondered what registration website we wanted to use. Thoughts?

Would someone, for the love of mayonaise, please redirect mainecivichackday.com to www.civichack.me? I tried to do this with just the domain settings for www.mainecivichcakday.com at name.com by:

• removing A record
• Adding 'URL forwarding' (whatever that is) to www.civichack.me
• 24+ hours later, it's still not working.

New idea:

• use digitalocean nameservers for mainecivichackday.com
• point mainecivichackday.com to our digitalocean droplet
• use nginx to rewrite mainecivichackday.com to www.civichack.me

Note: www.mainecivichackday.com DOES redirect. The redirect only works for the www subdomain.

Probably should keep different year's pages in different folders if for no other reason than a clear url path suggesting it's the current site.

It also helps for posterity too. 😄

Errors of various types load a page that doesn't deliver the desired content. IE: http://mainecivichackday.com/about/
perhaps the error pages of the old server could do a redirect to the new server.
(when i search for the hackathon, I get old pages at the top of the list, which I click, and end up on a 404 (403)page) a script-less redirect could be done with a meta-tag

Something like that would be more helpful than landing on a 404 page.

spacing on logos is still absent in my browser, also looking to make more space between the rows. finally, will have to make or obtain some transparent versions of the white background logos

The landing page should not be tied to a specific year, but talk about the MCHD at an organizational level.

Just need to point http://mainecivichackday.org to the new github page.

I made almost all the content "private" and put up a redirect message. make this even more obvious that we've moved, so that we can turn off the google juice. People are finding the old site cause it's the top google result. Womp womp.

The stylesheet at index.html:254 is empty.

Currently, the function of / seems to be to get you to click on a button taking you to /2014.

Can we make the assumption that people visiting civichack.me will be looking for upcoming event, and let civichack.me serve as the url for the 2014 event?

• Add mailchimp credentials to passpack
• make sure all links in mailchimp forms and lists are www.civichack.me and not www.mainecivichackday.com

• Bangor Habitat for Humanity: a Bangor version of NewYorkCares.org. A need for managing volunteers. Directing people to where help is needed.

When loading the page in Chromium Version 33.0.1750.117 on Slackware64 14.1, I am getting an issue with the rendering of the page, which causes the header to render above the about section.
