I have trouble with mapping samples to patients.

In the supp.table1, patients are labeled as '1 (CD10+/-)', '2 (CD10+/-)', etc. In the scRNA-seq count matrix, samples are labeled as 'CDp1','CDp2','CDm1',etc. Could you provide a sample-patient mapping table, or do we miss something in your original publication? Your help is much appreciated!

As mentioned in your paper, the data can be accessed at https://zenodo.org/record/4059315, and I have downloaded the Human_CD10negative.tar.gz and Human_CD10plus.tar.gz files. The column data contains patient IDs, such as CDm1 and CDp1. I would like to understand the naming convention used for these IDs and how they correspond to the Sample Name in Table 1 (Clinical and pathological data). My aim is to associate the single-cell data with the patients' eGFR, but the current information seems insufficient for achieving this goal.

Hi, I downloaded the Human_PDGFRb.tar.gz file from https://zenodo.org/record/4059315#.ZFjxXi8RqSU. However, I can't seem to find the barcodes for this data anywhere. Was wondering if it's contained somewhere else or isn't there.
