A choice has to be made between saving multiple raw text files to search from vs. making one text file.
It should make no difference, as each page from each pdf file is saved as a jsonl entry.
Eg:
{"filename": "./path/to/file.pdf", "pageNum": 1, "text": ["text chunk 1\n", "text chunk 2"... }

NOTE : Fix input style by enabling "grouping" in extractor()

Add options :
Scietntific PDFs (EG : EM lectures)

• convert PDFs to imgs
  Images (with Mpix, or Tesseract)
  Images (with Tesseract only)

Handwritting (Using mathpix:strokes)

• import pdfs, convert to images. proccess using mathpix:strokes endpoint

Create a simple fetch-update feature that gets the latest public database.
Make a file to store links on Github, as it allows file hosting

Create extensive documentation on how buildDatabase.py (extractor-textractor) work, and how people can go about installing Tesseract-OCR, OpenCV, and the works to add their files to the indexor.
(Ask Mr. Fackles for help with neat documentation.)

Clean up txt file IO.

better to if conditions rather than a different set of programs.

• fix nltk installer using this
• test simple-installer ?

fixes in searcher.py :

• fix text file read errors,
• filepaths for results(2).html

After trying to run installation onto my External USB, there seemed to be some trouble with completing the installation.

The additional folders did not appear, must be due to the ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'requests' I get in Powershell.

Hopefully this is an easy fix UwU

Describe the bug
Using the new 'simple installer' results in a pre-mature shutdown of the command prompt during installation and thus incomplete installation. Managed to grab a snippet of the error page (SEE BELOW)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to .\jarPhys-jarPhys-simple-installer.zip\jarPhys-jarPhys-simple-installer\
2. Click on jarPhys-simple-installer.py
3. Scroll down to '....' - N/A
4. See error SEE ABOVE

Expected behavior
A straight forward installation that the installer.py provides, with the input prompt to keep developer files
