Auto-Change Server Nick when Starting RPG Session

Idea Summary
When users log into the channel "Taverna - RPG Voice", The bot assumes an RPG session is starting and swaps their Server Ncik names to the corresponding character names.

Commands and Triggers

User able to set a command for defining his Character name in a specific party
DM is able to define new parties
Bot can guess what party is playing by looking at what players are logged
DM is able to specify the party that is playing (in case the session changes or the bot's guess was wrong).
