It's not necessary to query for the list of teams in an organisation AND the list of projects for a team AND the projects in the organisation.
The team list already contains a list of projects within it. Just need to create a mapping from that

To reduce outgoing calls per instance (and further customisability), we can limit the amount of teams/projects that an instance fetches stats for.

As an example, if you have 10 teams and 10 projects (with all 10 teams being associated with all projects), we need to make 400 outgoing calls per scrape for the project stats (assuming other endpoints have been cached).

If you add a cli parameter like --team=team-1 it will only do 40 outgoing calls.

When the call for a single stat (ie, example-project-1 blacklisted) fails, it doesn't supply stats for any of the projects/queries.

Gracefully handle this by just omitting the one failed stat.
Also investigate retry methods for the calls.
