Although this affect a small group of people its still there
The stutter has an interval of 1 secs
It only occurs in overworld and in certain biomes when starting/joining an game
Can be kinda fixed by changing render distance to another level and back

Idk what the mod is called but it makes night pitch black and darker spaces making for a more difficult game

it should fit in just fine, only problem i can think of with compatibilty would be IDs but that's easily fixable

You can duplicate inventory by dying, and picking up your grave and use /ob_inventory restore
Server may have already some fix in place because of permissions and normal player should not have access to that command
