Takes in an optional seed argument and sets the list of jumps to the GameStateManager's list

Ammo pickups add 3 to the current player's conc count. Conc count should max at 3.

• Player model is aligned with current player position

The generator script will take in a seed and generate a list of Jump prefabs to be pasted together

The spawn points should be generated as empty game objects with the NetworkStartPosition component for each player. This will depend on the completion of #7
