add mongodb url env on heroku

Heroku simply removed mongodb addon in Nov 2020, since then the demo app doesn't work.
Add a mongodb provider and set MONGODB_URL env var to resolve this issue.

Getting error : panic: template: redefinition of template "default.html"

I am getting this error
