Mad-Cyber-Science out of date

This mod causes several nags on world load, including 3 complaints about using the old toggle:true method and a duplicate bionic ID complaint. Swapping out for flag: bionic_toggled fixes the 3 nags, deleting the overrides fixes the rest. I like the idea of this mod, but replacing the integrated toolset won't work in it's current form. I'll keep the option for the other 2 available, I want a heavy toolset :)

Outdated ReadMe.md

Your ReadMe.md lacks a lot of the newer mods added. It would be nice to have a clarification on the newer ones and why and how they function.
