Support for Android

Currently we do not have support for building for Android.

Todo: Try https://github.com/theodelrieu/conan-android-ndk

Support for Windows

Currently we do not have window specific support ( or tested it ). Would be nice to have

Support for Linux

Currently we do not have any support Linux.

Skia is a much sought after lib in certain projects (e.g. for benchmarking) but everybody is scared away by the idea of long-term maintenance. See e.g. conan-io/conan-center-index#2389 and blend2d/blend2d#3 (comment) .

OTOH if you already made this working at some point, you're an expert now and maybe it could take only a few minutes to update this 😉.

vulkan+moltenvk mac build

Since metal backend in skia is still work in progress. We can build vulkan+moltenvk backend for mac. It's pretty good I've tested.
