Load time/Cache

Is it possible to speed up the load time? It's terribly slow. Maybe an option for caching in the plugin?

Wordpress 3.7.1

It seems as though there is an issue with the php on line 119. The image keeps getting downloaded and stored every time the script loads. It doesnt know that the image has already been downloaded and stored.
