There should be an option to save interim results. Especially useful when working with big datasets to avoid losing results because of possible technical issues and then having to restart from the beginning.

Better integrate the ismn package that already exists. Especially the data preparation could be way more efficient by using ISMN_Interface (see here) for example!

• Possibility to choose if sm measurement immediately before S-1 recording is taken (current version) or if multiple sm measurements before/after S-1 recording are averaged

• What exactly is needed in the setup.py ?
