Find a simple way to create a task based on a stack overflow question. The problem is the names are insanely long

New minor mode: annals-dired-mode and annals-dired-archive-mode

Using dired-mode-hook check for either the active or archive directory.

When in the active directory add keymap:

• | a - annals-dired-task passing the current dired line as the task-id
• | z - annals-dired-archive
• | i - annals-dired-info

When in the archive directory add

• | z annals-dired-unarchive

Shell, SQL, etc buffers should be added to the desktop and saved
