More of a nitpick than a issue, but when I think playlist, I think of creating a saved file of music, not my current queue. Confused me for a bit as I wondered how I was supposed to save said playlist.
Is there any chance to get gapless playback on the macOS Desktop player?
Thanks
Is it possible to add a button/option so that instead of injecting the songs into the queue so that they play next, they instead get appended to the end of the queue? I often like to queue up several albums to play in a row and that requires either being able to append to the end of the queue or adding the songs individually (which isn't worth the effort)
I changed the password on my account and suspect that has caused my instance of jellyamp to no longer show any of my music. There are no present options to log out or notifications that it failed to log in. Uninstalling and reinstalling jellyamp does not remove log in information and doesn't appear in any obvious location for editing or deleting.
I can scale the view / DPI lower using Ctrl -
but not up again using Ctrl +

I'm using the v 1.0 AppImage.
is this app alive?
Would releasing an arm build of jellyamp in the form of an AppImage be possible? The UI of JellyAmp looks like it would be perfect for the PinePhone/Librem 5 and would also make the application available to users on devices such as the PineBook, PineTab, Raspberry Pi and other Linux ARM devices. Thanks for your work!
I use Jellyamp to listen to music while I'm working, and it often because an extra window that disrupts alt-tab flows and such. If it was possible to minimize it to the tray (here's a tutorial), it would greatly improve my workflow.
Unfortunately I'm strapped for time at the moment, or I'd do it myself.

Hi! First off, awesome work on JellyAmp! I use it on a nearly daily basis ๐
I was wondering, would you accept an PR with where a notification would be shown if a newer release of JellyAmp is available on Github ?
Hello,
Thanks for this great work, is there a plan for a iOS version available ?
I do not know how to help on this topic. I never do that and do not know where to start.
I assume that this is pretty only a packaging issue. As Jellyfin app exist already on Appstore.
thanks !
Hey there!
I am starting to build a library just containing videogame and anime OSTs - and for that, it's usually easier to navigate on a per-album basis, as well as picking a specific library. I have two: One containing all kinds of songs from my personal collection and another that I want to only contain the video game and anime soundtracks.
So, I'd like to ask if there was a way to add the ability to specify the initial listed library and show albums instead of artists? Thanks!
Kind regards,
Ingwie
We have a radio/play/shuffle button, but the one thing that is missing is a repeat button.
Do you have plans to implement one or is that a design decision? (or am I missing it somewhere?)
Pretty much what the title says, I can't turn the volume down for my sensitive little ears. ๐
Only way to do it is use the built in Windows volume mixer
.
Would it be possible to get a list view (as opposed to thumbnails) once you're in an album, similar to the look of the queue?
I am getting the following warning as a popup every time jellyamp finishes playing a song a starts playing a new one.

Ability to cast to DLNA server - send music to my stereo. Thanks!
Instead of "Artist", would be better to just let the user choose between Artist, Genre, Album, etc on the home page. Maybe "Last listened" or "Recently added" could be great too.
First, thank you. Loved that when I moved from Plex I didn't lose an audio player. :)
Second, please include the ability to choose your audio output device. This would be incredibly useful for those of us using JellyAmp on desktop machines, where we might have speakers/headphones for tunes, but leave system sounds in "default".

I can't seem to find a way to just shuffle my music randomly, or do Library Radio like PlexAmp.
Is this available?
For some songs, I have an album image at the album level, but not at the song level. As such, the album has a cover displayed but playing a song shows no cover. Maybe in this case pulling the album image might help?
Thank you for the otherwise great app!

Thank you for jellyamp!
I wasn't able to find jellyamp on F-Droid yet so I thought it would be great if jellyamp could get a release there.
I'm not related to F-Droid but they have a good FAQ page.
I know that there's already Gelli coming into F-Droid but Jellyamp looks much cleaner so far.
Due to compilations or an album that have songs with multiple artists, I find that "Artists" isn't a particularly useful way of browsing a media collection. Instead, "Album Artists" (for me) provides the expected browsing experience.
Could there be an option in the client to toggle between the two?
Currently mac version is built only for Intel macs.
Can arm64 build be added, please?

When adding a song to the queue seeking to different parts of the song doesn't work.
But when just selecting play song it works just fine.
Something I found that might have to do something with this is that the song added to the queue has a duration of 0:00
On two different windows pcs I get that certain files I have cant be played.
First I thought they was in a problematic format as I have a mix of flac, flac24 and apple lossless, but all tracks was flac.
Finamp on iphone and jellyfin media player on the same windows pcs has no problems with the same tracks.
