If a verilog design gets modified after building it once with the verilator_env lib a rebuild in the same build dir seems to ignore the new timestamps. Thus the verilog files wont be rebuild and the old objects get used.

By now emulated IOMEM session uses normal spy RM-session in vinit to get advanced RM states but what we want actually is a spy RM service for vinit childs that does not implement special state or processed on the one hand and on the other hand an emulation RM service for vinits internal use that does not implement a special attach, detach and add_client. With this distinction we could also move the extension of Genode::Rm_session::State to a local inheritor.
