empty project，大致规定了玩法（切水果？）、谱面文件格式和note的生成规则

TODO LIST

1、除了点击note以外的其他元素（长按？滑动面条？）
2、note堆叠：确保后生成note的z-index更小；判定范围放大
3、acc：判定点击事件发生时间和note的offset之差
4、note消除动画、背景特效
5、选曲Scene、成绩Scene，涉及转场动画和资源加载的问题
6、测试音乐和渲染的同步问题
7、一个基于时间轴的谱面编辑器（咕）
