Resolve game definition conflicts
Currently, the first matching definition is picked which is often incorrect. I suggest we pick the one that got more rules. It's naive but simple and better than nothing.

Idea: Download non-free game icons
Currently, I don't ship non-free game icons even though they are in the source code. Maybe, it's better to download some of they from Steam CDN?
