A tool to manage volunteer sign-ups to events

1. Navigate to the src directory.
2. To run the React app, navigate to app and run npm start
3. To run the DotNet Core API, navigate to api and run dotnet run
4. Access the site at http://localhost:5000

2. Run docker build -t volunteer-portal .
3. Once built, run docker start volunteer-portal
4. Access the site at http://localhost:5000
