Steps to reproduce

1. Run rails g data_migration bug_test
2. Run rails d data_migration bug_test

Expected behaviour

Both files for the migration and it's test are deleted from the filesystem.

Actual behaviour

I am presented with a message:

$ rails d data_migration bug_test
remove db/data_migrate/20230617091039_bug_test.rb
invoke test_unit
Expecting a data migration matching *bug_test.rb but none found. Aborting...

In addition, the test file is not deleted.

Gem's users may have configured a custom migrations path. Currently, the install generator will use db/migrate.
