bEth mEth is another terra swap that is usually 1:1 with some variation that can be used to increase your ethereum stack. This should run as a separate thread parallel to the Luna version. Add a flag to main(token=Luna/Eth) and call it twice with each token in its own thread to allow luna and eth to be arbitraged in parallel. There still only needs to be one instance of the telegram bot

Move away from the send_notification.py script and use python-telegram-bot to allow the user to send commands to the bot to validate that it is still running or to change conditions on the fly.
