Experiments including pollination (isolated or alongside area loss) did not show any effect. Rather than an issue of implementation of disturbance (verified in pollination_log.txt files), the number of flowering, and consequently pollinated, plants was small. The reason was identifying such plants, which used a rather high cut-off (reproductive mass > 0.5 $\times$ seed mass $\times$ seed number). Brought it down to one single seed mass.

When detecting dying seeds, was comparing species field (x.sp) to "sp", and not sp object.
Fixed it on vectorized version of code.

These two are not output in the same intervals as the main output.

Vectorization is not necessary, and might actually slow down performance. Testing it on dedicated branch.
