The point of collecting email addresses is to send an email.

For a given user, if the last user activity on github is 6 years old, it is unlikely he will find the email. A daily active user will however see the email in hours.

The email addresses must be ordered from most active user to the less active one.

Do not collect email containing noreply.

A user is mostlikely to have a real email address when commiting for the first time.

When searching for email addresses from commit:

• Order the repositories by date using the created_at field
• Order the commits by date
