custom-viz-builder's Introduction

Custom Visualization Builder

The Custom Visualization Builder (CVB) is a playground that gives developers an environment to build and test their custom visualization before adding it into Looker.

You can read more on how to develop a custom visualization for the Looker Marketplace here

Support

The Custom Visualization Builder is NOT officially supported by Looker. Please do not contact Looker support for issues with CVB. Issues may be reported via the Issues tracker, but no SLA or warranty exists that they will be resolved.

Licence

The Custom Visualization Builder is Copyright 2022 Google LLC and is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (the "License"). See LICENSE.txt for license details.

Authors

The CVB has primarily been developed by Christel Ilaka, with contributions from Fabio Beltramini, and based on the initial version by Jim Rottinger. The new version does not use a Node Server to run and the UI has also been revamped.
