What about making another section for Mobile apps that help us in development field ?

I suggest to list all tools/extensions in alphabetical order and maybe split the tables by category.
This will make the repo more organized and easy to read.

What about making another section for Web development which covers technology/programming language/runtime environment web frameworks used in front-end + back-end?

For example like:
NodeJs(a js runtime environment) frameworks:

• Express.js
• Koa.js- Next Generation Node.js Framework.
• Nest.js- A Nestling of Code.
• Sails.js- Modernized Data-Oriented MVC Framework.

PHP(Programming language) frameworks:

• Laravel
• CodeIgniter
• Symfony

Python(Programming language) frameworks:

• Django
• Flask
• Giotto
