Crash when exporting RE6 SPCs

Steps to reproduce

  1. Import any RE6 SPC
  2. Export (as WAVE)
  3. Close
  4. Import another SPC
  5. Export (as WAVE)
  6. Click the close button

I get this exception and the list does not clear, and importing anything after this is another exception

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Possible support for DEAD RISING?

Dead rising (on the 360 or the remaster on PC) runs on MTF 1.0, and according to arc extractors sounds are stored in a ".rSoundSnd" format, which is an archive format, it can be imported into Audacity via import raw and the right settings, so maybe its an earlier version of .SPC?

I included some sample files here, X360 is x86, and PC is reportedly x64, hopefully this can be added :)

Lost Planet 1 Support

Sound files for Lost Planet use an older version, however it can still be loaded once you hex-edit the byte after SPAC. The version is 03, but if the data is changed to 04 it is completely loaded as it should be. I do not know if replacement of audio works as intended in-game (haven't tried), but extraction works.
