Need to be feature complete against Impact and Easel

Using 3 frameworks

I had a hard time knowing the next tile or which tile is currently hovered.

For better visual feedback, while hovering with the mouse, show a preview of the current selection in the target tile.

Perspective: Decide between isometric and front view and stay coherent.

Size: Estate got the most love, it looks great. Maybe the other sprites can follow in a similar color scheme and size ratio.

Theme: What about converting Slum to Construction Site (set of bricks, hole for foundation, warning lights, etc)?

Crystal as joker is used in a lot of similar games. What about something leaning on the city character, like a bulldozer or crane?

Also bug: Placed in a field where it doesn't work, the crystal will just stay there, not working and combining anything.
