It says in the docs that "This method can only be called by the creator of the specified token contract, or the Gateway owner." what should we do about it?

My bad. The reclaimContractTokensAsync is not needed for this.
Just add a button to call reclaimDepositorTokensAsync() (without arguments, it automatically will reclaim for the user, https://github.com/loomnetwork/loomchain/blob/master/builtin/plugins/gateway/gateway.go#L853-L865).
