According to the update made in VTK 6, the Update() function can be called only on objects which have been derived from the vtkAlgorithm class. Thus, img_data.Update() in train/vtm_data.py is giving errors. Can this be fixed?

It just happened with Python3, there are some rearrangements in libraries. So following the commands out-of-box needed some minor tweaks. For example inside make_dataset.py, I needed to change the line:

from Queue import Queue as from multiprocessing import JoinableQueue

On running the command
sudo apt-get install g++ openmpi-bin openmpi-doc libopenmpi-dev make python-vtk python-tk
It says
Package python-vtk is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

Any clues how to fix it?

and Keras which are used in the code of this repository?
I run across some errors due to backward incompatibility?

I wonder is there any specific reason that you use OpenLB?
My lab uses OpenFOAM so I want use openFaom instead of OpenLB.

And also I wonder example format of data set.
I want to create my own dataset but I can't find any examples, so I can't processing my data.
