The composition modules which derive from the ICompositionModule<TContainer> when the TContainer is the concrete ioc container type don't get picked during composition.

Using ModuleRootObjectsMiddleware requires mentioning all generic types. The proposition is to change it such as the type of the module root object is passed as parameter and the rest of the parameters are inferred accordingly.
