Some of the Negative Test Cases are missing for the Login file, need to add if any

The xlsx file on the root of the project is containing all the related Test Cases. Need to add the missing Test Cases

The default name of the HTML file is currently generating by timestamp, it will be more interactive it can be generated by the Test Case Name

GitHub has recently rolled out a public beta for their issue forms feature. This would allow you to create interactive issue templates and validate them 🤯.

Along with the Issue Form I would also like to add the PR themplate.

This repository currently uses neither issue template nor PR template. Your task is to create GitHub issue form and PR template for this repository. We can use standard templates as a reference for this PR.
