Pull down a lavaca-starter project

1. Install grunt-cli globally Note: this may require sudo

$ npm install -g grunt-cli

2. Install bower globally Note: this may require sudo

$ npm install -g bower

3. Install dev dependencies for our tasks to work

$ npm install && bower install

4. Run Tests

$ grunt test

In lieu of a formal styleguide, take care to maintain the existing coding style. Add unit tests for any new or changed functionality. Lint and test your code using Grunt.
