Ich verstehe noch nicht, ob es möglich ist den Autor eines Issues als Assignee zu setzen. Das werde ich hiermit ausprobieren. suchja ist bei diesem Projekt nicht Collaborator.

Mir ist nicht ganz klar, wer genau ein Issue schließen darf. Ich habe es bereits häufig gesehen, dass definitiv der Autor (egal ob Collaborator oder komplett ausserhalb des Projekts) das Issue schließen kann.
Kann jedoch jeder andere auch das Issue schließen?
HttpRequestException wenn Programm gestartet wird
Jedesmal wenn ich das Programm startet bekomme ich diese Ausnahme. Was kann ich tun?
