Not everyone who uses these plugins understands PHP by looking at it. When I tried pasting in the code from the readme in the file indicated I first created export buttons on top of the filter button.

A user reported this error today, confirmed from my end when trying to export the whole database:

After clicking on the csv export button I'm taken to a blank page with this:

The downloaded XML reports should have a style sheet embedded or associated with them so that they present a clean professional appearance when viewed in a web browser. This will make the downloaded xml document both useful for those who want to automatically import the data, and more importantly for those who want to read reports without excessive clicking.

When we tested this on a windows 7 machine the other day, the browser consistently locked up before opening and could not be closed without the task manager.

This could not be reproduced on two other widows machines (win7 & server 2003).
