Error with feature scaling in WAB

It seems like in forward propogation of WAB, the scaling factor beta (0.2) is applied on the output of BatchNorm layer instead of applying it on residual input features.

Question about DCNv2_pytorch1

Hello, when I use Pytorch1.5, there is a problem with compiling DCNv2_pytorch1 as follows：
