Currently, the directory structure & generated files will clobber each other when running multiple orchestration flows at once.
Will need to address when we start expanding the number of live livePublications & users.

Re-wiring and writing of the Orchestration Logic will break the integrations here with the Orchestration Server.
It is possible that we should just pull the server down and rebuild it - TBD.

Code orchestration logic

• Wait on crate transfers (get transfer list from Globus API, filter by LPAP type, wait on all to complete)
• Upon transfer completion collate sub crates & generate orchestration
• Integrate with Orchestration Server
