what is the default account and password for http://[camera_IP]

Hello there,

Can you please! help me with what's the default account and password for the camera is? Currently, I and camera are on the same network and I want to access the camera FW page and I am not able to get in because I don't have a camera pass and account. I will drop a screenshot for a detailed understanding.

Ae400 Error while loading shared libs.

Hello there,

When I am running my real sense viewer in the default terminal then I am getting the below error.

before, I was going to directory kuka-ai@kukaai-ROG-Zephyrus-G15-GA502IU-GA502IU:~/Documents/ae400-realsense-sdk-AE400_v1.0.0.3_rs2.36.0/build_Release/tools/realsense-viewer$ ./realsense-viewer then I was running realsense-viewer then it is working fine.

I am a bit confused! is it possible to run a real sense-viewer as shown in the above image?

Remote reboot camera by HTTP

Hi all!

I have a LIPSedge AE450 camera, firmware version 5.13.0.50.8, Serial number 2400LM2400004. Sometimes I can't connect to the camera via the C++ API. In this case, I cannot connect via realsense-viewer. The list of available devices is empty and I can't use C++ API: harware_reset method for device object. But the camera pings by IP address. I can open Web settings. Only a power reboot helps me. Is there a way to reboot the camera using an HTTP request remotely?
This happens very often when I autostart a POS application using a crontab.

Another fact. In a situation where the camera becomes inaccessible, the current consumption increases to 640-700mA.

AE400 SDK with ROS

Hello there,

I have installed AE400 and built it from the given link.

This is the screen for my real sense-viewer working on 20.04 ubuntu.

Now, when I am building ROS wrapper I am getting issues with version compatibility as the link in the above link has the latest version of real sense SDK and I think AE400 is still working on real sense 2.36. Can you please! help to solve it.

How to update Librealsense firmware?

In realsense viewer the current version is shown as 05.11.01.100. However, we require depth in units of 10 micron, which is enabled from version 05.12.00 onward. We use Realsense SDK v2.29.0 as suggested by your installation guide.

Installing from realsense viewer or using rs-fw-update is not working. Please suggest, how to update the firmware.
