1、 业务需求概述

客户关系管理系统用于管理与客户相关的信息与活动，但不包括产品信息、库存数据与销售活动。

本系统需要提供产品信息查询功能、库存数据查询功能、历史订单查询功能。

1. 使用 SSH 框架实现该系统。

2. 使用 oracle 数据库。

3. 按照 B/S 结构完成系统。

2、 项目功能说明

1.登录：使用用户名、密码登录，成功则进入主页面，根据用户角色显示相应的权限，否则提示出错信息

2.营销管理:用户对销售机会和客户开发过程的管理

3.客户管理:用户对客户信息以及客户流失的管理

4.服务管理:用户对服务有创建、分配、处理、反馈、归档的管理

5.统计报表:用户对客户进行贡献分析、构成分析、服务分析、流失分析的管理

6.基础数据:用户对客户等级、服务类型、客户地区有增、删、改、查的功能，对产品信息、库存有查询的功能

7.权限管理:系统管理员对用户、角色有增、删、改、查的功能
