Thanks for sharing the code and data-set.
I tried to download the data set from google-drive, however i think there is something wrong with mask as they are all black.
Would you please kindly advice me about this issue.
I tried with different software but the mask is all black.

There is no mask in your google drive folder. It's black images.

in link you share there is a folder named mask, why that all the picture there just a black picture ?

How would one segment out the lung part from the original image after training the model? I am really new to this field.

This repo seems to be about X-ray images (2D arrays) but it says it is about CT scans (3D arrays). They are not the same thing.
