One idea on how to solve this issue is to track the bytes of each visited instruction by marking them as definitely code. When checking for JUMPTABLE entry candidates an additional check could be added which uses this information to rule out false positives. I haven't had time yet to consider if this approach may lead to other false positives. What do you guys think?

Dan, have there been any updates since last year regarding the handling of jump tables in MC-Sema? I'd still be interested in finding a solution to this issue, and would be more than happy to discuss potential approaches for tackling the problem.

We are going to be removing bin_descend in the near future in favor of IDA and BinaryNinja backed CFG recovery; we simply do not have the free time to maintain a separate control flow recovery tool.

@artemdinaburg Thank you for the status update. Closing this issue for now, as it is no longer applicable once bin_descend is deleted.
