Those particular volatile fields exist to separate out the registers and prevent load/store coalescing. Things like _1, _2, etc. are never read nor written by semantics.

As to RemoveDeadStores being overly aggressive, we're not currently maintaining McSema, and so you will to path in the additional checking, or disable the pass entirely (there should be a command-line option to not run DSE).

I change the code into ir.CreateStore(sp_val_on_exit, ptr_to_sp,true) to generate volatile memory access and make sure the store @rsp memory access after a call won`t be deleted.
