phoebe's Issues

Cards get stuck when deleting a note.

When deleting a note, the other cards/notes move back up to take the empty space left by the deleted note, sometimes the animation gets stuck before the cards reach their destination and overlap (see screenshot).

( Tested on a Nexus 5 running stock Android Marshmallow (6.0.1) )

Empty Sections - Text Alignment

Empty sections that have the "nothing here yet" text and image are out of alignment and partially cut off in landscape. I know @liamspradlin is going to lose sleep over this until fixed. Nexus 5 stock 6.0.1.

Notes colour issue

Steps to reproduce:

1 - Create note with random colour, for the example let's say Sky;
2 - Open the note and delete it;
3 - Close the app with the home button
4 - Open Selene and create a new note with random colour
5 - The new note will have the Sky colour from the (1) step.

Fixplz.

Use Intent.createChooser() for share Intent

Currently you use a regular Intent which will open the share card with "just once" and "always" buttons. Besides not asking you to choose a default, the Intent created with createChooser() will show direct share items.

Creating a note without title doesn't work

The text "Untitled" at the top of the editor generates the impression that the note already has a title, even if it's the default one. Pressing the back-button or the back arrow at the top discards the note though instead of creating it with the default title.
If you want users to add a title, I'd recommend to place the cursor in the title-textbox by default instead of the content-textfield; otherwise "Untitled" should be kept as title.

(Android 6.0.1 // CM13 // Selene 1.0b)

Edit: I came here from a link posted by Francisco in the comments of this post: https://plus.google.com/+FranciscoFranco1990/posts/3hce3VbPFa4, I'm not 100% sure though if this is the correct place to report issues with Selene.

2 usability issues

Great work so far, the mutations are unintrusive and helpful. I have noticed two issues which I think hinder the usability but are not really bugs.

  1. Creating a new note from the Future/Past tabs does not automatically create the new note with that parameter i.e. future or past.

  2. Whilst typing a note, the settings options disappear behind the keyboard making them difficult to interact with
