Currently the GitHub/workflows/standards.yaml has to be edited to select the versions of python to test against. I am not even sure if the test matrix is needed.

Add "Run .scripts/setup.py" to the checklist in the README.md

In the tox.ini file the developer should add all the dependencies to the deps list:

commands = pytest --cov=moderation_api --cov-append --cov-report=term-missing test/
deps =
    pytest
    pytest-cov
    # add dependencies here

This information should be added to the README.md checklist.
