What is open science (data, source/code, access), and how can we enable it? What is reproducible research, and why do we need it and how can we implement it?

Overview/demonstration of current tools enabling reproducible research: Rmd/LaTeX, knitr/Sweave, Jupyter notebooks, org mode.
