A ideia é que ele funcione em tempo real, para ilustrar o funcionamento do LiveView e WebSockets.

• Configurar o projeto rodando o comando mix setup ;
• Iniciar o endpoint Phoenix rodando mix phx.server ;
• Agora você pode visitar localhost:4000 do seu navegador.
