The flutter-desktop-embedding repository uses an _fde suffix on its implementations of flutter/plugins plugins to avoid name collisions in the packages, and to indicate that they are currently part of the FDE project/repo rather than part of the official plugins.

Your plugin doesn't appear to be an offshoot of an existing plugin (given that it has its own Dart code), so doesn't need a suffix for disambiguation. And even if it did, using the _fde suffix rather than something else is actively confusing, since it's entirely unrelated to the FDE repository.

Nothing in the Flutter directory should be checked in for a plugin. (It's arguably a bug that it's created in the first place for anything but an application.)

So for instance, this whole directory can be removed.

The main thing is the interface to me

But I want to develop desktop video and printing and am wondering if you recommend Google's structure approach and using interfaces ?
