高熵合金参数计算工具

工具说明

设计或验证高熵合金时一般使用到四个参数:混合熵ΔS,混合焓ΔH,原子半径差ΔR及价电子浓度VEC;此工具可根据高熵合金中元素的原子比自动计算出四个参数。

使用方法

  • 下载Release压缩包并解压(注意不要改动压缩包内部的文件结构和文件名)

  • 打开parameterConfig.xlsx表格文件,文件包含两个工作簿:元素基本参数原子对混合焓,元素基本参数工作簿中包括原子半径、价电子数、原子个数比等参数,原子半径数据来源不唯一,可能与你查阅的值不同,请自行决定是否修改。原子对混合焓工作簿若非增加元素则不要改动。

  • 按照各元素的原子个数比修改此行,没有的元素写0,不要空缺,修改后务必保存

  • 保存后双击RUN.bat,执行程序,记录下结果,按任意键退出,若出现错误提示,请参考常见错误部分

注意事项

  • 本程序需要在Java环境下运行,未安装Java环境的请自行下载安装jdk(jdk1.8或更新版本):jdk传送门 ;安装好jdk后需配置环境变量
  • 若表中没有所需元素,按表的格式添加即可,注意原子对混合焓工作簿需要同时增加行和列,数据来源请参考压缩包中的文献。

常见错误

  • 路径或文件名不正确 :请确保压缩包内文件结构和文件名没有改动,若无法恢复,则删除原文件夹后重新解压一份
  • 工作簿名称不正确 :请确保parameterConfig.xlsx表格文件中两个工作簿的名称为:元素基本参数原子对混合焓
  • 表中存在空单元格表中数据存在非数值型错误1. 表中存在空单元格或非数字符号
    2. 在元素基本参数表中添加了新元素,而未在原子混合焓表中做对应添加
